Your home office setup impacts more than just comfort!
1. Monitor height: Top of screen at eye level to prevent neck strain. Use books or a riser if needed.
2. Keyboard placement: Elbows at 90 degrees, wrists neutral. Avoid reaching.
3. Mouse proximity: Keep it close to the keyboard to minimize shoulder reach.
4. Lighting: Natural light is best. Avoid glare on your screen. Task lighting is key for focus.
